Four evidence levels

| Fact | Read directly from an authoritative current page or verified gameplay state. |
| Cited | Attributed to a third-party transcript, video, archive or publication. |
| Inferred | A limited interpretation that is never presented as confirmed. |
| Unknown | The available sources do not support a reliable answer. |
Gameplay answer gate
Codes, puzzle actions and story outcomes require two matching current-version sources, or direct gameplay plus an authoritative confirmation. Search volume, comments and name similarity are not gameplay evidence.
Corrections
When an answer changes or a source is disproved, the page should be corrected with a new review date. Use the corrections page for the current known gaps.
